reelswork.space helps you make TikTok posts from your own clips and images, and publish them to TikTok accounts you connect. This page explains what data we keep, why, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- Account. Your name, email address and profile photo when you sign in, including with Google.
- Your content. The videos and images you upload or add from Pinterest search, and the projects, collections, automations, texts and posts you create.
- TikTok. When you connect a TikTok account: its ID, display name, profile photo, and the access tokens TikTok gives us. For posts you publish through us, we keep the post ID, link and view, like, comment and share counts.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep your projects private to you.
- To store your media and render your posts.
- To write slide text with AI when you use a prompt.
- To publish posts to TikTok when you approve or schedule them, or turn on autopilot, and to show their stats.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Services we use
These companies process data for us, only to run reelswork.space:
- Clerk, for sign-in. Google, if you sign in with Google.
- Convex, for the database.
- Cloudflare, for storing your uploaded files and rendered videos.
- Railway, for hosting.
- Anthropic, for writing slide text. We send your prompts, hooks and slideshow settings, not your account details.
- TikTok, for connecting accounts and publishing posts.
- Pinterest, which receives your image search terms.
TikTok data
We use TikTok data only to publish the posts you choose and show how they perform. You can disconnect an account at any time on the Accounts page. That deletes its tokens and revokes our access. You can also remove access in TikTok's own settings.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete projects, collections, automations and posts in the app whenever you like. To delete your account and everything in it, email support@reelswork.space. We'll do it within 30 days.
Security
Data travels over HTTPS. TikTok tokens are stored on our servers and never sent to your browser.
Children
reelswork.space is not for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be announced in the app or by email.
